For the past 30 years, we have assisted the Miami-Dade Police Department with enforceable writs that deal with personal property by providing transportation and storage services for this property. The Miami-Dade Police Department Court Services Bureau requires an agent or representative to be on scene at a specified date and time to take possession of any reclaimed property.
